On August 12, 2009 from 3 to 5 p.m. Community Health Network will host the third Town Hall Community Discussion on Health Care at The Indiana Heart Hospital. Please join us then for live streaming video and chat.
This event is one of a number of town hall events being held by Community Health Network in association with the President's health care reform initiative.
We encourage interested participants to join us online at http://townhall.ecommunity.com. Panelists will answer questions both from the live audience and from our online guests.
