Amen! I created my business from the idea that I would love to get paid to do what I was volunteering to do for free. All of my business comes from word of mouth and the people who witness the experience I create. Good call Kyle, your reputation and word of mouth advertising is whats going to create longevity in any business.

Ha! I love it! Why does everyone spend so much time and money on worthless marketing tactics?

I'm working on developing a company right now and and spending a lot of my time researching my users directly to find out how to truly create the best user experience possible. A honda dealer just told my sister the other day that they don't offer specials the way everyone else does because their word of mouth is so powerful. Now if that isn't true success for your clients then I don't know what is.

I feel what you're saying about creating an experience.

The world isn't perfect. But it can be optimized.

The money is spent by some advertisers because it is spent by their competitors.

Return on adverting is relative to competition.

-10% year to date sales may be an excellent return on advertising if the market is down -40% on the whole.
