Thanks for the posting.

Indiana is moving forward in Green Technologies. In some circles this initative has false promises. To me, those that don't support this opportunity do not have the best interest of Indiana's future in mind.

Progressive action can only be supported by strong leadership, what a tremendous example is being set for the Youth of Indiana. That type of leadership always attracts me. I always support EFFORT, taking action is the first step to change. We arrived at today from past efforts. If we want a better tomorrow, efforts today must reflect that cause. Indiana is leading the way many MidWest States need to follow and soon will.....

Kyle,
Sorry I forgot to tell you that while I do individual insurance our specialty is catering to small businesses and the self-employed with affordable individual policies. I see that you are a small business owner so I just wanted to invite you to check out my website and see if I might be able to save you some money. Thanks again!

Hi Kyle, Thank you for the welcome. I am new to this type of thing and it is nice to have a friendly greeting to reassure me that it was the right decision to enroll on smaller Indiana. I love Indiana because I feel in this state we get a mix of a lot of things. We get to experience of season of the year to the fullest, sometimes winter a little more than we would like. I would like to make Indiana a better place by helping other people advance in their personal and professional life in any way I can. I work in health insurance and try to help people get affordable health insurance. It is a great thing because I feel I am helping people. Many of the people I have dealt with never carried insurance and you don't think about it until an accident happens and then you are stuck with a HUGE bill to pay yourself. By helping people obtain affordable insurance I am helping the people by getting them coverage in case of an accident and helping the hospitals by getting them their payments in a timely manner.

Again, thank you for the welcome and I hope we can chat somemore when you have time!

I like Indiana because there is a great need here for restoring the lives of people who live here and that's what I intend to do. I will continue to lifted people up and break the myth that people has spoken about the people here in Indiana, because there are really some great people who reside here in Indiana.

I love Indiana because I have lived here most of my life, enjoy the people and really feel at home. There is also a lot of energy in Indianapolis right now and I think that great things are ready to happen.

I don't know what I love about Indiana. I've lived here all my life and don't know anything different. I do know that when I travel, it's always good to be "back home again in Indiana". My family is here (not sure if that's always a good thing) and I guess that is what makes it a special place, plus there is always something to do, like going to parks, museums, arts events, etc... I didn't know I was going to get such a thought provoking, deep question!

Favorite restaurant...that's a tough one! I have so many. Italian - Iria's; Greek - Santorini's; Buruger - McNiven's...the list goes on. What is your favorite restaurant?

Indiana is moving forward. Considering how hard Elkhart has been hit by current economic situation, Indiana is leading the way in new sources of energy. Wind Farms is a great example.

This encourages people like myself, when others display the strength to plan, deploy and build for tomorrow. For years, regardless what sector I was supporting, Indiana has always provided me with my best clients.

Because my biggest hobby is fishing. Indiana has opened up a world of possibilities I negelected for years. My intent with joining this network is creating a better understanding of what this great state has to offer.

It's the lakes, the mountains...the fresh air! LOL!!
Actually, I moved here 20yrs ago, my husband moved here 5yrs before me. Since I moved here, I've seen Indianapolis become a beautiful and vibrant city! We both consider it home. I've lived many places before moving here, my father was in the USAF, so I lived in many other states, as well as Germany and Japan, and Indianapolis feels more like home than anyother place I've lived! My frequent moves during my formative years have created an insatiable hunger for travel. As diamond wholesalers, my husband and I have gone to most of the International Diamond/Jewelry shows across the world, along with frequent trips to Antwerp Belgium, where we also attended the International Gemmological Institute. But, we ALWAYS look forward to coming back home to Indianapolis!

Kyle,

The people of Indiana are wonderful. Also, the season changes can be challenging at times, yet, special to the senses. Oh, and our northern Indiana lakes are the best.

I love Indiana because of the arts around the city of Indianapolis. My idol, Wes Montgomery, was born and lived here all his life. The topography intrigues me also. I'm planning to check out the dunes in the not too distant future.

I love that you can drive an old beat up car and not be judged or get pulled over by the police for it like in other states. It sure saves $ that way! I also Love Bloomington, one of the best cities in the world.

Smoosier eh? My Twitter name is 'GreenHoosier'. Will check this out, but don't have much time for social, it is all business these days with me until I get a paid job.

Hi Kyle,

I too love Indiana...I wasn't quite ready to admit it until I spent 3 years in Kentucky and couldn't wait to come back :) I am also a believer in social media. I would be interested to hear what your ideas would be for Morty's Comedy Joint. We have the basics, a Myspace and Facebook page, but I think we could do more. That's one reason I joined Smaller Indiana. I'd love to hear from you, Margaret@MortysComedy.com

What do I love about Indy? Well, besides the fact that I've lived here my entire life and all my family is here, I love Indy because it's a great place to raise my family and I've never seen a lack of opportunity in this great city.
