Help us celebrate FifthFringe and kick off the festival with the Fringe Parade and Preview Party. Sitting and watching this parade is not option - time to join in the Fringe fun! The parade starts at the big head outside Starbucks and the Earth House. Meet us at your favorite Mass Ave spot such as Starbucks, Agios, Dean Johnson, etc., and join the parade up Mass Avenue.

Performers include:

ReFried Fringe radical band
The Naptown Roller Girls
Indy Hoopers hula dancers
Woodruff Place Lawnchair Brigade
The 2009 IndyFringe Performers

And YOU! Clap along to the band, dance in the street, and have a ball! Prizes for the Fringiest and most outrageous outfits! Not sure what to wear? Stick with the orange, yellow, red and grey color scheme of the 2009 festival. If it rains, the parade will go on, so bring a poncho and your funkiest umbrella!

Tonight and througout the festivial SMOOSIERS will be on the street and in the seats, watching shows, writing reviews, and simply being a part of the action. If you want to get involved, Join the official Fringe Smoosiers or simply write about your experiences, share photos, here and on Twitter. And when you do, don't forget the #indyfring2009

See you at Fringe!
