About the club:
No chain restaurants allowed! If you have a favorite dive of a restaurant in Indy or surrounding areas, we want to hear about it. Bonus points for your personal recommendations on the menu.

A sampling of the member comments:

"If you want a great soft pretzel - go to A Taste of Philly at 42nd/College"

"Just had lunch at JS Reutz Cafe on E. 10th St. Best meatloaf I've had since I left home!"

If you are looking for a real hole in the wall any you are in Ft. Wayne, you have to try Cindy's Dinner. Their motto is serving the world 15 people at a time. This is a true 1950's diner. All counter seats. They have a great old fashion automatic donut machine. Breakfast was outstanding. They are located a few blocks from the convension center at 830 S. Harrison St.

Zydeco's in Mooresville. 11 East Main Street. (mentioned frequently with positive reviews)

"Remember "High School Pizza?" The Vollrath Tavern has it!" www.VollrathIndy.com

Recommendations from Austen Crowder:
Saigon on Lafayette and 30th st: fantastic Vietnamese cuisine. Go for the Pho, and if you're especially adventurous be sure to get the tripe.

Shallos in Greenwood: best pub food in town. Beer list ins staggering. Try the homemade potato chips or anything in their jerk marinade -- its all quite tasty.

The Varsity Club on 16th and Pennsylvania: ... their sandwiches and fries are simply _fantastic_. Best club sandwich I've had in a while!

Thanks, Kristin. That map alone is very valuable. I wish there were a way to turn all those comments into Tweets!
