Read your post via Smaller Indiana and it appears that you are in my area (I live by the Monon Trail in the 80th and Westfield Blvd area). I am sure you are aware, but the Monon is an advertising mecca. My neighbor put a "for sale" sign behind her house on the Monon and had four offers in 24 hours and sold her home in 48 hours. If you have not already done this - I suggest going to the new Vet Clinic that just opened a few months ago to meet the owners and offer to provide coffees, etc for their clients so that you may display your cards. My brother-in-law is a veterinarian who is aquainted with the female vet's husband and they are great people.
