Making people and ideas findable

Since I never post here anymore, I'm not sure if anyone will see this. But, I wanted to share the news with my fellow Smoosiers...

Monday at 5:10 AM, my wife delivered our first baby. Alexandra Rose Coffey weighed in at 5 lbs, 15 oz and 18 inches long. She was about 5.5 weeks early and surprised us all. She is currently in the NICU, but doing very well and so far all the tests are coming back good. Still waiting to see how long she has to stay.

Here is a picture of her and mommy: (more pics are posted here)

Thank you everyone! She is doing very well. She came about 5.5 weeks early and has to stay in the NICU for a short while (still no final word on how long). But, she is progressing well. She has maintained a perfect score on 'nose cuteness' every day (important, but subjective, test). Jenny gets to leave the hospital on Friday. Which is good and bad. It means we'll be 40 minutes away from our little bundle of joy :(

Congrats Noah! I was thinking Alexandra came a few weeks early. My wife is still doing well and due on June 17th. I hope all is well with you, your wife and your beautiful new daughter!
