What are your thought when it comes to introducing design firms to your client?

Several people tell us that when it comes to design and construction documents real estate agents really don't care....they'd rather use the landlords selection. Which makes it very hard to establish new relationships with individuals in the real estate business. Do you find the above statement to be true? I have a hard time finding the end user (landlord) and making a connection because they often aren't listed.
