Solving the Financial Crisis

On vacation this week. (First in 3 years). While driving 12 hours to Syracuse I had plenty of time to think about the current financial crisis we are in. I was envisioning what I would do if I was president and the speech I would give to set the tone of my administration. Here's my plan: 1. Mortgage, Auto, Stock Market crisis. CIO: Dead in 5 years

Now that I have your attention... Recently I was having a conversation with a friend (Brian Kovacs) and the topic came up about the CIO role.
