Dave was truly awesome to see in person: funny, inpiring and more. It was awesome to see so many people flocking in/out of the building to see him and hopefully be changed for life! I've listened to his radio show for years, long before he was eve...

It's a great way to get to know people (and their businesses) better online, after you've met them in person, and to keep in touch. For me, it's beneficial as I cannot network in person as often with two small kids at home.

Good Morning, I just read your profile and thought as a small business professional you might be interested in our local business network (IBN). Indiana Business Network has chapters all over the state. Locally we meet in Plainfield every Wednesday morning at 10am. There is no cost or obligation to check it out and the monthly dues are only $25.00. I joined recently and it is by fare the least expensive means of lead generation that I've found. I'd be happy to answer any questions if you are interested.

Hi, Susan... I'm a westsider too, and I'm trying to organize a monthly dinner group for business women on this side of town. A few of us (4-5) are meeting Thur night at a Speedway restaurant to work out the logistics. Is that something that would interest you? If so, give me a call (I'm listed). In either case (after reading your profile), I would still like the opportunity to get to know you personally. I hope to hear from you soon!

Susan,

Do you do everything in house or do you outsource some of the marketing functions?

The reason I ask is because we are launching the Rainmakers Marketing Hub on May 21st. There are a few other marketing companies that outsource a lot of the tactical work to specialist in our group.

Would you like to be on the invite list for the Launch? It looks like our speaker will be the Director of PR for Cook Medical.

Let me know.

Best,

Jason

I am a member of the Brownsburg Group and recently left a marketing position at a large firm and am considering my options going forward (i.e. another corporate job or freelancing). I was wondering if you would be willing to meet sometime? I would love to hear about your process of making "the jump".

Thanks, Matt

Hey Susan,

New to Smaller Indiana as well as the Brownsburg group (thanks for setting it up). Wanted to contact you anyways when I saw you in the IBJ. Congratulations on your decision to work from home and as a person hoping to someday do the same, I was looking for any advice you might have for me getting started. Thanks!

Susan,
Thanks for taking the time to join the Smoosiers for a Smoke Free Indiana group. It is good to know that there are other people out there that prefer smoke free places too!

Sounds like a great idea! I grew up in Avon (I'm an Oriole), but I guess I'm now a Bulldog!
