Building and maintaining quality relationships. I am highly conscious of how I respond to others and their response to me. I enjoy untangling the complexity of what motivates and energizes others and knowing how to take that information to create experiences or solutions that are meaningful, authentic, and lasting. And my goal is that we'll have fun in the process!
