- I believe my greatest strength is the ability to change. We live in a world where change happens almost every minute. Being afraid of change will cause someone to be left behind and maybe set even set someone so far back that they may not ever catch up.

- Being the best human that I can. At work, I am working with small and medium size business owners to help them save money and fix the inefficiencies of their voice and data communications. At home, I am setting an example and encouraging family members and friends to better themselves and give more to others.
