I use a creative process to help organizations innovate. I do this by researching your stake-holders to find new opportunities for your organization. Then come up with new ways for your organization to take advantage of these opportunities.

It provides some great tips on getting involved in the community. Also, if you're a member of Twitter, follow @Smaller_Indiana for community updates & participate in the fun #LeafCam contest in the Leaf Cam Group.
