recent excursion to Donaldson Cave at Spring Mill State Park

If you haven't been there, Donaldson Cave at Spring Mill is spectacular. To reach it, you descend about a million steps through a nature preserve, which itself is worth the price of admission, and then veer off to the right. This takes you toward the "wet" side of the cave. My girlfriend and I got caught in a torrential downpour heading back up the million steps, but it was okay. We survived.
