Welcome Lynette, I am a ESTJ also I took the test in October. I have been in Marion for 30 years and have been the art world for most of my life. But our newest adventure is we started Midwest Organic Coffee Company. If you and your husband appreciate the finer things in life, you will love our offerings. Check out our website at: midwestorganiccoffee.com We love to share our excitement about fresh roasted coffee. A bike ride on the trail through Broad Ripple is where and when we came up with the concept of our coffee company.

Lynette,
Welcome to Smaller Indiana. Like you I traveled a lot for business when I first came to Indy and I know how hard it is to get to know folks. I think you will find SI a great way to get started.

Be sure to put our 4,000 member party on you calendar. Hope to see you on January 20th.

What is your greatest strength?
For those who are familiar with Strengths Finder, my top five strengths are: Achiever, Analytical, Discipline, Significance, and Consistency. Following the Meyers Briggs assessment, I am an ESTJ (extrovert, sensing, thinking, and judging).

All in all - I'm good at getting things done, paying attention to the details, and approaching projects with an organized, methodical approach.

Outside of the formal assessments, I have solid ties with my family and friends and do well at coordinating trips for us to get together and explore new areas.
What are you working on?
Finding work-life balance and hobbies. Work tends to dominate my life - even after 15 years of being in the workplace it still seems that I live to work. I would love to get to the point where I work to live. Maybe if the stock market improved that accomplishment would get here sooner than later!

Why join Smaller Indiana? What are you hoping to experience here ?
My husband and I moved to the Broad Ripple area of Indianapolis in 2004. Since we travel extensively for work we have not gotten to know the area very well. The website will be a way to learn more about supporting the local businesses and hopefully meet some neighbors and make friends.
