Hello Kevin, saw your post on the local food blog, I don't know much about Chrohn's, but I have a customer who claims to have fully recovered from this, maybe I can get contact info to you if interested. Have you heard of the Maker's Diet, by Jordan Rubin? He's a doctor that came up with this in trying to figure out his ordeal with Chrohn's, which nearly took his life. Anyway, have a wonderful day.
