- What is your greatest strength?
- My job allows me to see all of the wonderful projects and initiatives that are happening in Indianapolis. Because of this I have become a really good connector. As I meet new people and here what their interests are I usually can match them with a group or project that I have come in contact with.

- My work is to strengthen neighborhood based organizations so that they see that resident led change is not only possible but critical to the QOL of a community.
