If I live in a highly charged emotional state, I alienate people around me who would love to help me but don't know how to. How can you reach out to cat who is pissed off at the world? Or at least the parts of the world that did him wrong.

Going to bed angry is a bad idea. I don't sleep when I'm angry. But anger is a reality. We all get w… Continue

Dear Jon,

You asked that I put my experiences in our association in writing.
It’s been six weeks. I’ve lost 2 chins! Love it!
You’ve got me doing machines and weights I never dreamed I could do. You always push me. Never to pain.
At 71, I’m aware this body is loaned. I’m aware I’ll have to give it back soon. You make me see I honor Creation by continuing to work to strength.
Your clients span 50 years in age…20 year olds, 70 year olds. You treat us all with the same respect and p… Continue

Last Week

I keep a blogger blog... I'm going to try out posting high lights here on SI. Perhaps it will help generate interest in who I am and what I do. We'll see...
I was sick almost every day last week. Sunshine has been beatin' me up. I'm glad it's nearly fall. I need some relief so I can k… Continue

Saturday, August 16th
John, is an interesting guy who loves to stand around and talk cigars. Nice dude. I was enjoying his company when this 50ish year old guy walked in. I tend to give everybody the benefit of the doubt... that they are decent folk. This fellow was not decent. He told an incredibly racist and belligerent joke about the apartment bulding that just burned down here in town. He was laughing about the deaths of innocent civiliians. I was utterly disgusted. I stood my ground, "You t… Continue

i'm sorry! the socials are more just for "hanging out" so it's hard if you don't know anyone...for networking you should attend our breakfast tomorrow morning. Tues, Aug. 26, 7:30 am. Fishers Train Station. $10. we have an icebreaker to get everyone moving and meeting people, then questions to answer while you're eating, which is more intentional relationship building.

let me know how i can help you get involved!
