By the way, I love the photoshop Eric. Did you do that yourself? Great! And can I tease you
a little? I love the idea of "creating and solving problems".

Hi Eric. I'm a Realtor, but lately I have helped a couple of my past clients rent their homes. They put their places on Craig's List and got a pile of requests. After the calls come in, ask each interested party to go online for a free copy of their credit report and forward that to you along with proof of employment and a reference from their current lessor. Set up a meet and greet with each of them at your property and pick the one that seems most dependable.
Good Luck.
