Profile Information

How did you hear about Smaller Indiana?
Co-worker
What is your greatest strength?
My greatest strength is probably my attention to detail. It is also probably my biggest weakness. I am trying to learn when it is "okay" to let go and when attention to detail is paramount.
What are you working on?
One group project I am working on is evaluating how to improve communication through technology. The first step is to look at how technology and communication currently works in the organization and then see if there are some gaps that might be bridged through existing or new technology. One project I am working on is how to improve some of the current customer communication vehicles we already have.
How big is your business?
medium company

Middle Manager

Why join Smaller Indiana? What are you hoping to experience here ?
I think Smaller Indiana is a really neat concept. I am coming in with an opening mind. I do not really have any set expectations.

1. Please use your real name (first and last) when you sign up, or we cannot open your account

2. Please do not use logos or commercial images for your profile photo

3. Events should be posted in the events calendar

5. Please keep all comments civil and polite. It's OK to feel strongly about a subject, and it's OK to be critical of ideas, but please refrain from personal attacks of any kind.

If you witness or experience any issues, please contact admin@smallerindiana.com and we will look into the matter.

6. Smaller Indiana is supported by its members, and by corporate sponsors. If you're interested in learning more about sponsorship, please call Pat Coyle at 317 332 7878.
