New feature?

Has anyone noticed the chat feature at the bottom right of the screen? I wonder 'cause, no one is chatting much. The chat room feels somewhat like the dance floor early in the evening before anyone has had anything to drink. It only takes a few inspired folks to start dancing before everyone else gets the groove and jumps up. Anyone wanna dance?

If you turn up the volume you will know if someone sends you an instant message.

I feel that way anyday I get pharmaceuticals, x-rated materials or letters from strangers in foreign countries begging my assistance in my email box and I can't understand how they got my name! That being said, the truth… Continue

Each one with a little note to remind us of a funny thing that one of the kids did or said, or something we caught them doing when they were lost in make believe.… Continue

Hey Deanna,

Love your visions in chrome! I'm a sucker for the old car ads, back when typography was a true art form.

I am not really good at figuring out how to manuever on these social sites, though, so I hope my message gets through to you. I don't see it, so I that is my confusion.. My e-mail is fredyde@remax.net. The most notable reference I can make to my current playing status is Cool Chilies, a band that has played some of the more prestigious events in Indy over the last ten years. wwwcoolchilies.com I look forward to meeting you. Hi Deanna,
I've been a professional keyboard/piano plyer for 35 years, and currently play in a couple of big bands. I'm a very good on the spot creator, and would love to know more about what you need.

A few things to consider before joining Smaller Indiana:
1. Please use your real name (first and last) when you sign up, or we cannot open your account

2. Please do not use logos or commercial images for your profile photo

3. Events should be posted in the events calendar

4. You can post pretty much anything you want on your own personal page (self promotion, etc), and you can change the style of your personal profile page to reflect your corporate identification if you so choose.

5. Please keep all comments civil and polite. It's OK to feel strongly about a subject, and it's OK to be critical of ideas, but please refrain from personal attacks of any kind.

If you witness or experience any issues, please contact admin@smallerindiana.com and we will look into the matter.

6. "Blatant self-promotion" is discouraged on SI, and "spam" is not welcome. Please be considerate of your fellow members.

Smaller Indiana is supported by its members, and by corporate sponsors. If you're interested in learning more about sponsorship, please call Pat Coyle at 317 332 7878.
