Hi Darlene,

I feel like I've told you this before, but my ex mother-in-law's maiden name was Darlene Freeman. :)

Any way I can help you on Smaller Indiana?

How do you stay in touch with your existing clients? How many ways? Do you have strategies? You can get more referrals from existing clients with less effort than trying to find new clients

Best way to get it out that it is a good time to buy a home... just slam it out there against the nasty negative liberal media... blast it everywhere

Hi Darlene,

We meet at the Affiliated Womens Holiday Party back in December. SI is a great place and I'm sure you will meet some great people here.

I'm sure business is doing well, now is a great time to purchase a home. I'm working with a great local mortgage company as a client of mine and I'd love to pass along their information to see if you'd be interested in finding out more information about them. They have been beating everyones rates and fees.

Have a great night,
Angela
