- What is your greatest strength?
- Authenticity. This serves my creativity, determination, and the application of education and intelligence in the service of others. If this sounds to fruefy (sp), then say I'm a creative, just, and considered person whose character has been steeled in the fire of experience; and who truly enjoys the fun of a worthy challenge and the company of a good people.
- What are you working on?
- I am starting a civil and family law mediation practice. My orientation is that of an entrepreneur with more than 30 years experience in business start-ups. I am also a licensed attorney; and, having become aware of some of the deficiencies in our family law system, particularly as divorce adversely impacts children, I am motivated to here make a difference for the children and parents of divorce.
In this regard, my business focuses on 2 areas:
1) Pre-divorce mediation; and,
2) Post divorce Parent Coordination.
Mediation speaks for itself - sort of: Many business people seek to resolve conflicts via our expensive and uncertain litigation/judicial system. Many are not aware of the recent Supreme Court emphasis on mediation as a best-first-most efficient means of conflict resolution.
In this work, I can serve justice; both legally and morally.
