- Operation "OpenUP!", community outreach ministry covered by God's HOuse of Worship and co-founded by Babblebug.com. Visibility . . (pronounced visibiliyydotdot) PR and Marketing (Your Personal PR Professionals!) was created 6 years ago and of it, Chat It Up PrePaid Cellular was born. From Chat It Up.., my community outreach program Operation "Open UP!" was born. The names I choose for each of my endeavors describe a part of my personality and why I do what I do.
Operation "OpenUP!" is my baby! Though we open the lines of communication via the distributions of cell phones to disenfranchised persons in our community, we also open the lines of communications in more ways than one by being a viable community resource for information and outreach to help people get ahead and prosper.
My new name will be "The Associated Ministries of Operation "OpenUP!" " which include: Operation "OpenUP!", God's House of Worship Multi-Denominational Church, ReachOut! Outreach Radio Ministry, Pastor Ben's Flea Market Fundraiser (Our Love Ministry), SELAH The Word Ministries (Pastor William Rivers).

What would you do?
One of the questions raised was about a young man who held up a store clerk at gunpoinit and only asked for $20.00 and a cell phone.
The question raised was, "What type of punishment should this young man receive?" Many seemed to think that he only deserved community service since he was remorseful for his actions and only turned to a life of crime because he was a victim of his economic situation.

About five years ago, Cissi Sherlock had an epiphany.
About five years ago, Cissi Sherlock had an epiphany.
She realized many people, including the homeless, veterans, domestic violence victims and ex-offenders re-entering society needed phone service for simple needs, such as to find a job or a place to live.
So Sherlock began collecting and reactivating used cell phones with limited minutes to provide to people referred to her by a church or service organization.

Yesterday a mother put her son in my car and shook my hand as she recited the Lord's Prayer.
I felt her pain and also felt the anointing in trust she bestowed upon me in the name of Jesus. As we pulled away, she shouted "In Jesus' name!" and started the recite the Lord's Prayer again.
