Using Mediation Creatively

I am considering ways of using mediation in the workplace, and wondering whether there's a market for corporate seminars about solving problems between co-workers. I know for certain that strife decreases productivity, and so profit. I've raised the issue on LinkedIn, but I wonder if some business owners or people in the larger corporate world have opinions and ideas about this. Feel free to chime in or reply. Thanks!

A few things to consider before joining Smaller Indiana:
