I'm slow on the draw here but we like Yen Ching on 421 north of 86th and just south of 465. Sit down, table cloths, great food and very friendly people.

This is a very late response! Typically, fundraising events are labor intensive and therefore not terribly cost effective. Some of the costs -- staff time spent on the event and not on other fund raising activities or registration website...

I like the virtual idea alot -- especially if the citenzenry could "listen in" real time on Congress. Not sold on the lottery idea though because it takes away the citizens vote and the opportunity to "know" the candidate through the campaign proc...
