- What is your greatest strength?
- Confidence to make decisions and to lead from the front. Model the skills that will set the example for those under me to want to immulate. To have the desire to want to assist those who have the will to want to achieve and the empathy to understand others who struggle to find themselves in world where it is easy to forget who we are and where our moral compass is pointing. That together a team can accomplish much greater feats than that of an individual.
- What are you working on?
- I am currently on active duty in the Indiana National Guard. I am often asked to speak about my experiences in starting, growing and selling my security company. My personal story of growing this company out of poverty and then selling it to serve my country again after 16 years removed. Many times my presentation are motivational in nature and focus around Leadership and Communication.

- Why join Smaller Indiana? What are you hoping to experience here ?
- I am hoping to grow my network of relationships and to gain opportunities to continue to do public speaking to a variety of audiences. It is my hope that my lifes experiences presented in a sometimes humorous sometimes touching manner might impact someones life for the better. To encourage them to continue the course and to stay strong.
