RockitBomb.com
Part entertainment and part rant... it is a group blog featuring people in the Indy music scene, and some that have moved on.

I used to maintain a personal one as well, and I started to go crazy deciding which blog to post to, so I consolidated.

I've got a couple:
BizCastConnection.com This is a multimedia blog featuring many of our customers and friends.
GoRaincast.com This is another multimedia blog we've developed and mange for Rainmakers

I'm currently working on an MU site called LottaBlog.com. Not sure how I'm going to manage it long term, so it is still under development.

David - a quick note on your bizcast site. Your RSS feed isn't embedded. You might want to fix that. I can't speak for all of your visitors, but I use a Google Reader javascript to grab feeds and subscribe.

Brad, your blog is giving my computer fits! Everytime I look at it there is some sort of script error.

If I'd known what I was doing when I set it up, it would have a different URL. :-) The title of it is "Writing for Reading" because it's about why writers of anything -- brochures, Web copy, letters, etc. -- shouldn't write if they're not going to be compelling and interesting. I created it so as a freelance writer, I'd have a Web presence.

You can go to a place like GoDaddy, buy a domain like CindyDashnaw.com and point it at the new domain. You can even mask it so it shows up as CindyDasnaw.com, rather than the WP URL.

A few things to consider before joining Smaller Indiana:
1. Please use your real name (first and last) when you sign up, or we cannot open your account

2. Please do not use logos or commercial images for your profile photo

3. Events should be posted in the events calendar

4. You can post pretty much anything you want on your own personal page (self promotion, etc), and you can change the style of your personal profile page to reflect your corporate identification if you so choose.

5. Please keep all comments civil and polite. It's OK to feel strongly about a subject, and it's OK to be critical of ideas, but please refrain from personal attacks of any kind.

If you witness or experience any issues, please contact admin@smallerindiana.com and we will look into the matter.
