Operation "Open UP!"

I was so moved by Amy Stark's confession about "The Garden" at St. Lukes that I began to hear a message from God.

For the last few days, I have been defending my right to help people whether others agree or not. In doing so my faith has grown even deeper and my willingness to be there to do God's work is even greater.

The message that kept resonating through my head today was, "I want to know what others are doing. I want others to know what others are doing. I want others to know what I am doing. If we can help in any way, we can't do so unless we know what is out there for us to do." And finally, "If I know, I can receive comfort in knowing that what needs to be done is being done."

Will (my fiance) and I have a saying when we are satisfied with the outcome of a situation. We just look at each other and say "Genesis!" All we are saying to each other is, "God saw that it was good."

I was moved to start a group that will give people an opportunity to post and blog about their outreach ministries and the work that they do. They can post feeling, events, pictures, whatever their little hears desire!
