Pike Soccer Club members, Indy Parks staff, all SMALLER INDIANA volunteers, and the neighbors of Mary & John Geisse Soccer Complex will plant 100 trees and shrubs on SATURDAY, November 7th 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., MJGSC south parking lot. Although all trees, plants, and equipment is provided by Indy Parks, please bring gloves and a shovel if you wish. CHILDREN WELCOME. Click to register online Invite a friend or neighbor to join us. - I'd be happy to talk to you about tree planting. There are a group of women in Ft. Wayne who run Trees Indiana. Maybe do a search on it. I'll check with a colleague and see if he has contact info.

One of the goals of the alliance is to plant trees in land set aside for that use.
