Indy Fringe gets discount for Bigger Ideas...

Smaller Indiana wants Indy Fringe to succeed. We want to help promote the shows, we want to send Smoosiers to the shows, and we want our members to create content (blogs, videos, photos, etc) to document their experiences. By working together, we can make sure that every single show gets coveraged here...and hopefully...we can support conversation about the fest before, during and after it runs.

We playe the Longest Dinner event. It was a pleasant experience even if we were all the way at the noisy end of the table. Hah!

Hi, everyone! I just joined Smaller Indiana today and am excited about reading other takes on Indy Fringe shows. I already have several reviews of Fringe shows on my blog - www.IndyTheatreHabit.com - and I am looking forward to seeing and writing about more Fringe shows this weekend!

Yay, Fringe! Yay, Smaller Indiana!

Hey all you Fringe Fans...
Just wanted to invite you to The Arden's newest venture into
a family friendly piece. Yup, no Zombie Vomit or lesbian sex this
year. (I can imagine some of you are disappointed.) Come check
out THE TIME MACHINE...

Hope to see you all there~!

Hey all, for those of you who may not now I have a personal connection to Indy Fringe. My Dad, Gary Lott, who is a lawyer by day and actor by night is in one of the shows. I highly recommend the show On the Rag, Heavy Flow, at the Phoenix Theater. Interesting topic, the history of the women's period throughout history! When asked by my father what I thought, I simply said, "It was not what I was expecting!"

If you go crap two COLD drinks at the refreshment stand and a home made brownie. Prepare to stand up from your chair a few times during the show to watch what is going on stage.

Interesting show! That is my two cents from this years Indy Fringe!

Welcome to all the performers; hope you make money, make useful connections and maybe even make it to our show (Assholes and Aureoles). Try not to miss Nell Weatherwax (I Am Not Making This Up), too! This is our first fringe, so we're interested in how it all pans out. xo

Ok, this will be my first Fringe as I'm new to Indy.

I performed at both the Fringe BBQ back in July and more recently at the, Longest Diner. (I was the guy responsible for all the twisted forks everywhere)

I've been invited to perform as street magician for the Fringe. I'm not sure exactly where I'll be, but I'll be out ther hustling for tips.

If your in the area and hear someone shouting, "magic show, starting in 3 mins...!" please make sure to stop by and say "hello."

I'll be the magician. NOT in drag. ; )

The FringeCentral Outdoor Stage lineup has been posted at www.indyfringe.org

Make sure to stop by the tent for a great lineup of music, poets, and variety of other Fringy performers! ALL FOR FREE!

Beer, wine and food will be sold at the tent. This is a place for all Fringers to unite! Except it to be a hotspot for performers to hang out as well.

Also, family friendly entertainment from 2-4 on weekends!

The longest dinner was fun. The evening was pleasant, fun entertainment, good food, good wine, and great company! Sitting in long tables, we made friends on both sides!

Although they didn't hit the record 300 they hoped for, it was a great day!

Anyone make the, "Longest Dinner" last night? Any reviews?

Oh Right, By the way - y'all might be interested....

I'm offering a free Fairy Tale Info-Rama (presentation) Saturday August 23rd at noon - there's more info on this at the Indy Fringe Site.

Also - I'm offering a Storytelling Master Class on Saturday August 30th from noon-4pm. Again, check out the Indy fringe site, these events are pretty radical.

Feel free to ask me questions if you got 'em.
