Glad to see plenty of Hoosier Veterans on Smaller. I served in the 2/147 Field Artillery. Valued my time in service and miss a lot of the friendships I built there. Thanks to all of you that served and continue to serve!

Veterans Benefits to Help Them Age In Place

Many veterans aren't aware that there's a benefit available to them called Aid & Attendance that will pay for assisted they need as they age. Veterans can receive up to $1100 and their spouse up to $900. This benefit often helps them with the money necessary to live in an assisted living. Learn more about it http://www.agingavenues.com/topicview.php?id=109&cat=6.
