Hello fellow Hoosiers and Tweeters! I wanted to make sure each of you were aware of the "It's a Girl Thing" Christmas Shopping Event tomorrow evening 11/10. It is from 6:00 to 9:00 in the Village of West Clay Meeting House. We will have over 20 vendors there so you can get a great jump start to your holiday shopping. Sunshine Bakery will be there selling yummy (but not fat free;) baked goods and taking orders for Christmas cookies! All of the 20 vendors have made product donations with a minimum $50.00 value to our raffle. There is no admission fee to attend and raffle tickets will be sold for $2.00 each or 5 for $8.00, proceeds to benefit the National Alliance to End Homelessness. It is going to be a great evening and I would love to see your smiling faces there. I will be speaking at 8:00 and giving fabulous Holiday decorating tips. Make sure you come no later than 8:00 as we will be drawing for our raffle prizes right after my presentation!

Just a heads up- I received a spam this morning that appeared to be from Twitter and instructing me that I needed to change/update my Twitter password, with the usual phishing link to a page where I can do that- by entering my current password (a little cognitive dissonance for you right there). No unsolicited email that instructs you to enter or change a password (or provide any other personal information) should be believed, and hijacking Twitter and other social media accounts is on the rise. That said, you should change your passwords every once in a while, but never from an email instructing you to do so- always do that the right way, by going to your preferences/account management page after logging in to the social network site. And, of course, use a mix of characters (still, the most common password is 123456), and don't use the same password for all your accounts.

Those of you who have interest in your own well-being can follow me @energywithinus

I post life style tips as well as health and wellness

You might find them amusing

example:
if you do not feel well and the tests proved to be negative, but you still experience some symptomes - good news!!

Your imbalance is in Stage #1 (you are not diseased!!! yet...). When the cause cannot be identified medically, the issues are often lay in the areas of emotions/diet/digestion/elimintaion .

1. Re-think your emotional status; see things like whether a blessing from th above or lessons.
2. Modify your diet
3. Improve diestion with enzymes
4. See if that alone will take care of an elimination project.

By improving digestion our body is readilly fogives us many other sins

5. Please keep all comments civil and polite. It's OK to feel strongly about a subject, and it's OK to be critical of ideas, but please refrain from personal attacks of any kind.

If you witness or experience any issues, please contact admin@smallerindiana.com and we will look into the matter.

6. Smaller Indiana is supported by its members, and by corporate sponsors. If you're interested in learning more about sponsorship, please call Pat Coyle at 317 332 7878.
