The Silver Circle Pub near Fountain Square looks quite nice. I stopped in to get a pizza just yesterday and it was quite a treat! I'd go back another time and relax for sure.

For those of you that have not tried Zydeco's in Mooresville, this tasty treat was the special on Friday! Tender duck, shrimp, spicy sausage, rice, in a rich broth - with warm bread to boot! A little slice of New Orleans Heaven!

Movable Feast @ 71st and Binford, awesome chicken grinder, great lunchtime spot!

Well, ain't you the cheeky one for that cake, eh?

Yep, we're going back soon. Deb's never been there, so I have to share it with her. And being that the space once had a restaurant that was part of Ruthellen's, it brings back a few memories. I could see a bit of magic being done at the tables.

I totally copied off of Taylor's selection for lunch - the hummus wrap and spinach side and was Soooo glad that I did! Urban Element is fantastic - - this was my second or third time there.....the food is always good and service is friendly! After most people left, Dave, Shawnee and I split a huge piece of strawberry cake.....it was so decadent!!

It was a fun time had by all! And allow me to thank the more than wonderful personnel at Urban Element. Quite a delicious place. I had the Hummus Wrap. The wheat tortilla stayed together and the hummus was more than garlicky goodness. I do have to recommend the creamed spinach as a side. And the iced tea flowed with great abandon. I heard that the Philly Cheesesteak was good, but they ran out of Cheez-Wiz. Dick Durbin had a BLT and recommends the Black and Blue Burger as top of the line.

The company that was represented with fine folks from SI was wonderful to be with. And a minimum of checking phones for updates kept it human.

Today's lunch was really a lot of fun. It was good to get out and meet a lot of you in person. I look forward to next month's choice.
