I wanted to mention the program "Christmas With A Heart" For the fifth year in a row, Businesses With A Heart is sponsoring a huge fundraiser for the needy families of Allen County through the Christmas Bureau. The event this year is Friday, November 14, 2008 and will be held at the Scottish Rite Ballroom.

What I thought might be interesting is to use this forum for us to meet the Social Media of Fort Wayne members. So, you are invited to this event which will be held from 7:00 to 11:00pm. And let's see if we can get the Social Media of Fort Wayne behind an event. They need auction items and ticket sales.

More about the event:

Restaurants:
Heavy Hors d'oeuvres will be provided by over 18 of Fort Wayne's Finest restaurants including the Chocolate Fountain from Fort Wayne Chocolate Fountain. Restaurants are being finalized and will be listed soon.

Entertainment:
Chris Worth of Chris and Paul fame will entertain from 7:00-8:00pm.
The Bishop Dwenger Showchoir will perform following Chris's performance.
The rest of the evening we will have a dance band made up of many of FT. Wayne's finest musicians.

Silent Auction:
Many Fort Wayne businesses are donating silent auction items and you can pick up some real bargains.

Fun all evening long - Get you picture taken with an old fashioned Santa or meet Mrs. Claus.
Non-stop fun for everyone!

Tickets:
Individual tickets are $25.00 in advance and $35. at the door.
Sponsorship Tables are available for 8 with signage and publicity for $350.

How to order:
Call Dan Surface @ 260-466-4600 or order online with a credit card @ http://www.bwahblog.com/
