2009 Halloween Howl to benefit Riley Hospital for Children

On Friday, October 16, 2009, the fourth annual Halloween Howl fundraiser will take place at the Conrad Indianapolis hotel in Indianapolis, Indiana from 7:00 p.m. until midnight. Over the past three years, this exciting event has been a huge success and has raised much needed funds for local charities. This year’s Halloween Howl will benefit Riley Children’s Foundation.

Riley Children's FoundationRiley Children’s Foundation is committed to improving the health and well-being of Indiana’s children through philanthropic leadership in support of Riley Hospital for Children and its research programs, Camp Riley for Youth with Physical Disabilities and the James Whitcomb Riley Museum Home. Riley Children’s Foundation is pleased to have a group of volunteers from Woman’s Life Indianapolis Chapter 611 who are busy planning to make this year’s event the best Halloween Howl yet! For more information about Riley Children’s Foundation, please visit www.rileykids.org. For more information about Woman’s Life, please visit www.womanslife.org.

Proceeds from this year’s Halloween Howl will be used to complete a much needed makeover of the Riley Hospital Unit 2A Child Life Activity room and will also provide support for Riley Hospital’s art therapy initiative. YOU can help create a safe and fun area for Riley children and also help to improve their emotional well-being.

Greetings fellow Fisherians,

My family and I live in Burbery (near 106 + Hague) and love it. Easy access to interstates, shopping, parks etc...Peole are friendly and great neighbors. Our lab puppy recently got loose after getting scared and digging under the fence. We had neighbors looking for her in rain, calling others, helping in many ways. She was found and it was nice to know we have caring neighbors. Most Hoosiers are awesome!

Unfortunently, there are more and more burglars and thieves preying upon our neigbhorhoods. If you know anyone you might like to learn about security and safety options, please visit or www.guardanman.com

Hi all! An invitation for Fishers Business & Professional Women!

Network the Women’s Way!

Reserve your industry-exclusive spot for a unique women’s networking event that will change your business by connecting hearts!

You Are Invited...

To an amazing networking event created specifically by and for women! The Heart Link Network™ is the perfect setting for everyone to do more than hand out a business card...you'll find yourself conversing, connecting, and really networking with a group of like-minded women.

Attendees are invited to come with your business cards, brochures, flyers, or any samples that will showcase your business. After an informal networking meal, we will come together as a group and each guest will have three minutes to share the highlights of her offerings. Remember that women network differently than men...we are not together to grab business cards and go home...we want to connect, learn, share and grow...and ultimately help each other get the business we deserve! Referrals come naturally for us, so we always pass on what we learn to others we know who need what YOU have!

The Heart Link Network™ is a non-membership group, meaning you can come when it works for you. This also means that each month there will be an interesting mix of people who have attended before and those who have not. The cost of each Heart Link event is just $20 (which includes your meal and materials). Be one of those people who "come linked" (with a new-to-the-network friend) and it's only $30 for the two of you! Each event is limited to 25 industry-exclusive participants (we want you to shine for your industry when you’re able to attend) so we can truly connect and get to know one another.

If you are a new resident, teacher, mom, business owner, job-seeker, entrepreneur, professional business woman, college student, etc., you could benefit in many ways from attending the Heart Link Network™ event. Our goal is to help you make connections in the Greater Fishers/Indianapolis area.

Please email or call me if you have any questions at all – you can also visit The Heart Link Network™ site for more information on the event and the Network – and can even register online. Reserve your spot early – you don’t want to miss this event!

Looking forward to networking with you all!
