Property Listing in Linton, IN

I have a friend down in Linton, IN that is trying to sell a piece of property down there but has not had much success. I told her I would try and see what I could do to bring her listing to the masses (she is not using the internet or any other medium to communicate her listing). I figured this would be a place to start. If anyone has any suggestions on ways in which I may be able to get her listing in front of prospects please let me know. Pictures are attached and the description that I received is listed below. Please let me know if you have questions/comments. Make it a great day!

It is very nice of you to try to do something for a "prospective" client...However, it has been my experiance that too many people do not fully appreciate what work is involved in Listing and trying to Market and Sell a property....Unfortunatly, they also seem to have little appreciation when you do..Best of Luck...
