Private Office, Semi-Private Pod, Hot Desk?

I would assume that most people would just need a Hot Desk or a Semi Private pod but I'm not sure what other needs you might have.

If there is a conference room with plasma screens and decent audio for displaying multimedia works to clients that would be ideal for someone like me. The media lounge/conference center should have all formats of flash memory ports (MMC/SD/Compact Flash/etc) as well as wifi, CAT and a 3G wireless signal booster.

Hot desk most of the time. Semi private others. Use of a conference room every so often. A private office seldom.

Maybe you could partner with a local mailboxes etc to have the option of providing a mailing address for clients. If you don't want the overhead of the service, let them come in and distribute the mail and lease the spaces... you just add this to your menu of service to your list of services and provide a small amount of space for their mail boxes.

I think it is also wise to partner with a bulk printer to get discounts for members where they can drop off and pick up from the coworking location.
