Making people and ideas findable

I'm in search for a north side office space. Nothing fancy, nothing huge, just enough room for two people to work comfortably.

I'm already aware of the Yeager Properties. (I'm sure someone will recommend them)

Thanks!

When do you need it? We hope to open a Coworking space in a few months and are seeking input from the local community as to what you want and where you want it to be located.

Depending on what "Northside" means, you should consider Conrad Office Properties.

You can get a space there for $200 a month. Give Joni Curtis a call (feel free to use my name) 317-202-0800.

You might check the Majestic office properties at 96th & Meridian. (Hmmm...maybe I should rent you my basement!)

Oops. Re-read this and realized the Majestic properties are at 96th and Michigan. That's what I get for replying after midnight.

Will,

I was sent this resource the other day. Check this out and see if it will help: http://indydt.com/sites.cfm?&lm=db

We are also looking, but want downtown Indy space. If you are open to downtown, maybe we could chat about sharing space? We looked at some great potential space in Fountain Square last week and plan to look at another tomorrow. Let me know what you find!

Oh, come to Fountain Square! That's where all the cool ppl are! And we could lunch frequently.

Where are you, Miss Amy?

901 Shelby St in the Fountain Square Center. Right next to Arthur's Music.

Thanks for all the help.

Downtown would be a little far for me. I live on 161 Street.

Gotcha. Best of luck to you!

Here is a realtor that may be able to help you: Sandra Jarvis. If she can't, I'm sure she'd know someone that can!

You need a commercial broker, not residential. Contrary to opinion there is an important difference. A thought based on tons of personal experience.
