I am inclined to say, "no" to this question. Any representative (republican or democrat) who is unwilling to listen to his/her constituents or even make an attempt to, is in my opinion failing miserably at the job that "we the people" hired them to do.

In any other profession, would you expect any less than termination for not listening to your employer? I am once again inclined to say that I think not...

I've heard that he will face a very, very strong opponent. Expect this senate contest to garner national attention, especially from FNC.
