Joe Shoemaker from MacDuff Realty (and fellow SI member) is a great guy. Don't know what his schedule holds but Joe is a really good guy who is client focused.

I would recommend a personal friend of mine, Mr. Brad Osborne. He has a profile here on Smaller Indiana.

He is probably the nicest guy I have ever talked to, and he really listens to what you need...a great guy to work with.
