Does anyone have a referral for a Licensed, bonded and insured contractor?
this is a project for a fHA 203 K loan, The buyer already has the money secured
the home is on the east side
We need Painting of the whole house, drywall repair, replacing the molding around the doors and the base boards ..one or two 6 panel doors need to be replace (lowe's) and a cabinet reworked in the kitchen so we can put in a dishwasher
