Passed hors d'oeuvres - Champagne

Tuscan chicken and mushroom terrine with a salad of greens and vegetables, served with truffle mayonnaise - Pinot Noir

Grilled shrimp gazpacho garnished with pesto basil - Sauvignon Blanc

Beef tenderloin medallion, grilled, served with a roasted potato and tomato gratin, Swiss chard and a red wine sauce - Cabernet

Brie cheese baked with sundried cherries, served with candied walnuts, apples and grapes
Strawberry semifreddo - Moscatto
