Making people and ideas findable

Darlene Freeman

Gosh, I think this is a good time to get the word out that it is a good time to buy and sell homes

With our changed economy, a lot of peoples circumstances have changed. People are moving for different reasons: Some need to downsize, upsize, divorce, transfer, etc. Some want to buy, but have no money for a down payment. Some have bought a second home before selling their first home and are now facing bankruptcy and/or foreclosure. Some have lost their jobs, or simply can’t make their mortgage payments. Some desperately need to sell before foreclosure. Some are victims of hard times.

You don’t have to be afraid of what you hear and read in the media. In spite of what you hear, people are still buying and selling homes. Last year over 27,000 homes sold in the Metropolitan Indianapolis area. The value of homes in some neighborhoods are declining, but I have a way of selling without taking that big loss.

THIS IS A GOOD TIME TO BUY AND SELL...27,000 sales don’t lie! Because everyone’s situation is different, we have different programs to meet everyone’s needs and to serve them better than any other real estate company. You owe it to yourself to take advantage of our lower rates for sellers, grant money for buyers, and better overall service. Our company is completely different than any other company. darlene,

Im going to make this short and sweet, i am a home security sales consultant that has been in the busy for almost 2 years. I started with a company called Ranger American that sold ADT systems, i tell you that because i am sure you see the signs in the yards. What i am wanting is your help to find out when people move into a new home. You can either just send my info on when someone moves into a new home and ill give you 50.00 if they get a system through me or if you talk to the homeowner about me and help set something up ill give you 100.00 for helping me out.
I look forward to hearing back from you and thank you for your time.
