Making people and ideas findable

Join as an individual or a team and help raise funds for Easter Seals Crossroads by participating in "Walk With Me" on Thursday October 22 at Butler University, a family fun walk benefiting children and adults with disabilities or special needs.

Contact everyone you know to raise money for Easter Seals Crossroads, and then walk for people with disabilities or special needs. There will be music, refreshments, and fun for the whole family on this special night when you can even wear your Halloween costume.

Registration is from 4:30 - 6:20 p.m. The two-mile walk starts at 6:30 p.m.; a shorter course is available. There is no registration fee; however, walkers who raise at least $50 will receive a Walk With Me T-shirt!

Easter Seals Crossroads has been helping individuals with disabilities and special needs, and their families, live better lives for more than 70 years. Whether helping someone improve physical mobility, return to work or simply gain greater independence for everyday living, Easter Seals Crossroads offers a variety of services to help people with disabilities address life's challenges and achieve personal goals.

Easter Seals Crossroads assisted over 4,900 children and adults with disabilities during our 2006 fiscal year (July 1, 2005, through June 30, 2006). We provide top-quality, family-focused and innovative services tailored to meet the specific needs of the individuals we serve.

Help

A few things to consider before joining Smaller Indiana:
1. Please use your real name (first and last) when you sign up, or we cannot open your account

2. Please do not use logos or commercial images for your profile photo

3. Events should be posted in the events calendar

4. You can post pretty much anything you want on your own personal page (self promotion, etc), and you can change the style of your personal profile page to reflect your corporate identification if you so choose.

5. Please keep all comments civil and polite. It's OK to feel strongly about a subject, and it's OK to be critical of ideas, but please refrain from personal attacks of any kind.

If you witness or experience any issues, please contact admin@smallerindiana.com and we will look into the matter.

6. Smaller Indiana is supported by its members, and by corporate sponsors. If you're interested in learning more about sponsorship, please call Pat Coyle at 317 332 7878.
