Try Kristy Bradford of Kristy's Kreations. I believe she is an SI member and is reachable through the group. She does excellent work.

I don't know of any in the Indy area. Although I do know of a company I use in Northern IN *(Elkhart) for all my embroidery. If you would like the number let me know.
