IMPORTANT FOR CELL PHONE USERS

REMEMBER: Cell Phone Numbers Go Public next month.
REMINDER.... all cell phone numbers are being released to telemarketing companies and you will start to receive sale calls.

.... YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THESE CALLS

Even if the message is saved on your phone, you will be charged for the minutes to listen to it.

To prevent this, call the following number from your cell phone: 888-382-1222.
It is the National DO NOT CALL list. It will only take a minute of your time. It blocks your number for five (5) years. You must call from the cell phone number you want to have blocked. You cannot call from a different phone number.

HELP OTHERS BY PASSING THIS ON TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS.. It takes about 20 seconds.

I registered my cell phones a few years back.

I am assuming that you are not saying that the registry number is bogus, but the with Qsent, a safeguard is in place, so don't panic.

My thought: It is better to be safe than sorry OR like my mother told me this afternoon, "I'd hate to have to hunt them down!"

Cissi, I think the larger concern is that we ALL tend to accept information as fact without checking it first. I know that when I read your post, I started to become concerned, and then when I saw Chris' response, I felt relieved.

Being skeptical is hard work!

I understand and agree.

If it hadn't been for the fact that I had been this route before, I too, would have had to check my references just as I did when I first registered my phones.

I would suggest no one jump on any band wagon without first checking our references. They might hit a bump and fall off head first, then want to blame me! I am always the first one to say, "Do your homework!"

By the way, as Dennis Miller says, "I like the cut of your jib!" That is in regard to your response to the health care rants.

Rule of thumb: if it's an urgent claim that will adversely affect you or handsomely reward you, it's probably fake. Snopes.com is a great place to check.
