This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, problem solving, service oriented
professional who wants to join a fast growing e-commerce company and learn about
online retail. We expect individuals to be able to learn quickly and grow within
the organization. As you become familiar with our systems and how our business
operates you will quickly begin to interact with our suppliers and deal with
more complex problems. We are committed to cultivating employee development
according to their strengths and interests. This is a full-time position located
in Greenwood, IN. Previous experience is not needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound calls from our customers
  • Work with customers by answering questions, researching/resolving issues, and trouble-shooting problems
  • Utilizie soft sales techniques to aide customers in finding the right products
  • Answer customer support e-mails
  • Pick, confirm, pack and ship daily orders
  • Engage Web visitors via "live chat"
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with team members to understand merchandising plans, new products, and marketing efforts
  • Provide feedback to management team regarding service failures, customer concerns and initiating analysis to determine correction action required
  • Manage order returns and communicate product issues
  • Work on special projects to enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Help coordinate customer support activities for new product and store launches
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Other special skills:
  • Passionate about customer service
  • In-depth experience with Internet (Web and email)
  • Strong MS office skills, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to retain knowledge of products
  • Positive, people oriented and energetic
  • Proficient typing skills
  • An interest in working hard
  • Must excel in multi-tasking
  • Solid organization skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
