If you want something a bit high-brow, Indiana is home to one of the nation's best freshwater caviar houses. Yes, that is right - caviar! Collin's Caviar is based in Michigan City. They make the caviar from fish they get way up north in Lake Michigan - salmon, whitefish, etc. Their stuff is amazing! Their website is www.collinscaviar.com.
