Celebrate our Spring 2009 Semester with FREE Yoga! Restorative Yoga uses increased props such as bolsters and blankets to support body weight and promote relaxation.
Restorative is beneficial for busy people wanting to slow down, those that are pregnant, with injury, medical illnesses and/or conditions.
